| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Email address | Account creation, sign-in, password reset. |
| Password | Sign-in. The password itself is never stored, only an irreversible hash. |
| Google account ID | Only if you use "Sign in with Google", to recognise your account. We receive nothing from Google beyond your email address and whether it is verified. |
| Manager ID and language | To show you to other players and to present the interface in your language. |
| Game data | Your club, squad, cards, match results, in-game currency transactions, quest and ranking progress, friends list and challenges. Required for the Game to work. |
| IP address | Security and abuse prevention (e.g. limiting sign-in attempts). Kept briefly; see section 5. |
| Technical error logs | To find and fix bugs. Your email and IP address are removed from these logs. |
| Rewarded ad records | When you finish a rewarded ad: the time, the reward and Google's transaction number, to grant the reward and apply daily limits. See section 13. |
| Notification token and language | Only if you allow notifications: a device-specific token and the notification language, so we can send challenge and weekly Battle Pass notifications to your phone. See section 14. |
| Usage statistics | In the Android app, to improve the Game: which features are used (e.g. match started/finished, pack opened), an app instance ID, device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address (country/city level) and in-app purchase events. Your name, email and manager ID are not sent. You can turn this off at any time; see section 15. |
We do not collect: precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. The Android app shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob and its partner ad networks; the data involved is described in section 13.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as needed with the following providers that run the Game:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| netcup GmbH | Server hosting (all data is stored here) | Germany (EU) |
| Resend | Sending password reset emails | Ireland (EU) |
| Sentry | Technical error logs (with email and IP removed) | Germany (EU) |
| Authentication, only if you choose "Sign in with Google"; loading the Google button on the web version's sign-in page (see section 16) | — | |
| Google (AdMob) | Showing and measuring rewarded ads in the Android app (see section 13) | EU / USA |
| Unity Technologies (Unity Ads), Liftoff Mobile (Liftoff Monetize) | Ad networks that may serve rewarded ads in the Android app through AdMob (see section 13) | EU / USA |
| Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) | Delivering notifications to your phone (see section 14) | EU / USA |
| Google (Firebase Analytics) | Usage statistics (see section 15) | EU / USA |
The Game uses local storage rather than cookies: your session key (to keep you signed in), the last email you used (for convenience) and your interface preferences. These do not leave your device and are not used for tracking. In the Android app, Google's advertising SDK additionally reads your device's advertising ID and stores your ad-consent choice on the device (see section 13). Your notification and usage-statistics preferences are stored on your device, and Firebase Analytics keeps a random app instance ID there (see section 15). For what the web version stores, see section 16.
Under the GDPR (and Turkish KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request to elitemanagersclub@gmail.com from the email registered to your account; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
In the Game: left menu, Quit → Delete account. Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately: your email address, sign-in details, club, cards, coins and all progress are removed, and you are signed out on every device.
If you cannot sign in: write to elitemanagersclub@gmail.com from the email registered to your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Results of matches you already played are kept, with no link to your identity, so your opponents' match history stays intact; they see you as "Deleted manager". Data is removed from backups within 14 days.
The Game is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we delete it. Parents who become aware of such a case can write to elitemanagersclub@gmail.com.
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored irreversibly and the database is not reachable from the internet.
If we update this policy, the date on this page changes; significant changes are also announced in the Game.
If you sign in to the Game with "Sign in with Google", we receive only the following from Google:
We do not request or receive your name, profile photo, contacts, calendar, files or any other data in your Google account.
How we use it: this information is used only to identify you, sign you in to your game account and manage that account. It is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing or training artificial intelligence models, and it is never sold, transferred or shared with anyone.
Where and how long we keep it: your email address and Google identifier are stored with your account on our server in Germany (EU) and are encrypted in transit. Both are deleted when you delete your account (see section 8).
The Game's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove the Game's access at any time on the Third-party connections page of your Google account.
The Android app contains rewarded ads served by Google AdMob (provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA and the UK). An ad is shown only when you tap a "Watch an ad" button, for example to double a match reward. The web version of the Game shows no ads.
Data Google collects: when an ad is requested or shown, Google's advertising SDK collects your device's advertising ID, device and app information, your IP address (used to estimate approximate location), your interactions with the ad, and crash and diagnostic data. Google uses this to show and measure ads, to personalise them where permitted, and to prevent fraud. Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy; see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Partner ad networks: through AdMob mediation, a rewarded ad may also be served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) or Liftoff Monetize (Liftoff Mobile, Inc.). When one of these networks takes part in the ad auction or shows an ad, its SDK collects the same kinds of data described above (advertising ID, device and app information, IP address for approximate location and your interactions with the ad) and processes it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy: Unity, Liftoff. The consent choices below apply to these partners as well.
What we receive: only Google's confirmation that you finished an ad (a transaction number, the time and the reward), linked to your game account so we can grant the reward and apply daily limits. We never receive your advertising ID. These records are kept with your game data and deleted with your account (see section 8).
Your choices: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form from Google is shown before any ad is loaded; you can consent, refuse, or choose individual purposes. If you refuse, Google shows only non-personalised or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time in the Game: left menu, Quit → Ad privacy settings. On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads, which also stops ads being personalised with it.
The Android app sends only two kinds of notification: when a friend challenges you, and every Monday when a new Battle Pass week starts. We do not send marketing notifications. Notifications are not requested on first launch; you are asked after your first match or when you send your first challenge, and they are turned on only if you allow them.
Notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. For this, a device-specific notification token and your notification language are stored on our server with your game account; the notification text (e.g. the name of the team challenging you) is delivered to your phone through Google. The token is used for nothing else and is not shared with anyone.
To turn them off: in the Game, left menu, Quit → Notifications, or your phone's notification permission for this app. When you turn them off, the token is deleted from our server.
To improve the Game, the Android app collects usage statistics with Google Firebase Analytics: which screens and features are used, match starts and finishes, pack openings, rewarded ads watched, challenges sent, the result of the notification permission request and in-app purchase events. Firebase adds a random app instance ID, device and app information, and approximate location derived from your IP address (country/city level). Your name, email and manager ID are not sent; we do not sell these statistics or use them to build advertising profiles. The web version does not collect them.
Advertising signals: any advertising-related use (advertising ID, ad measurement) follows your ad-consent choice in section 13. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, your choice in Google's consent form applies; if you refuse, advertising signals stay off.
Google processes this data on our behalf, as a processor, under the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Data Processing Terms; it is encrypted in transit.
To turn them off: in the Game, left menu, Quit → Usage statistics. When you turn them off, that device stops sending statistics entirely.
The web version of the Game is at play.elitemanagersclub.com. It uses the same account as the Android app; your data is processed on the same server as described in this policy. The web version has no ads, no in-app purchases, no notifications and no Firebase usage statistics; sections 13, 14 and 15 apply to the Android app only.
Sign in with Google button: The "Continue with Google" button on the web version's sign-in page is loaded from Google's servers (accounts.google.com). To display it, your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when the page opens; if you are signed in to a Google account in that browser, Google may read its own cookies. Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. If you don't press the button, we receive nothing from Google; if you do, section 12 applies.
Stored in your browser: Your session key, the last email you used and your interface preferences are kept in your browser's local storage (see section 6). If you open the Game in a browser on an Android phone and choose "Try in the browser" on the "get the app" screen, that choice is stored there too so the screen isn't shown again. We do not use cookies; the only exception is Google's own cookies for the Google button described above.
"Get the app" screen counts: Whether this screen was shown and which option you chose ("get it" or "try in the browser") is recorded in our server logs together with your IP address and deleted within 14 days (see section 5). We use it only to count, in aggregate, how many people choose the app; it is not linked to your game account.
