Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Elite Managers Club game (the "Game"). By using the Game you accept these terms.

1. Provider

The Game is provided by Sugar Play Studios.

2. Age limit

The Game is intended for users aged 18 and over. Before making an in-app purchase you are asked to declare your year of birth; accounts declared as under 18 cannot make purchases. The person making a false declaration is responsible for it.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in details secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain rewards or ranking advantages is not allowed.
• Club names and manager IDs must not contain insults, hate speech or impersonation.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the Game (see the Privacy Policy, section 8).

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, gems, cards and other virtual items are granted to you as a personal, non-transferable licence; you do not acquire ownership of them. Virtual items have no real-money value; they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold outside the Game.
• Gem purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms. Purchased gems are added to your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
• Because digital content is delivered immediately, your right of withdrawal ends upon delivery to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Before every purchase the app asks you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends. Refund requests for mistaken or unauthorised payments are made through Google Play.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed through a payment dispute, the gems granted by that purchase are deducted from your account.
• Card packs contain random cards. The per-card odds of every pack are shown openly in the store.
• Daily limits may apply to opening packs with gems.

5. Fair play

Using cheating software, knowingly exploiting bugs, automated play, farming rewards with multiple accounts or disrupting other players' games is prohibited. In such cases we may remove virtual items obtained unfairly and suspend or close the account. If you find a bug, please report it to us.

6. Changes to and end of the Game

We keep developing the Game: its rules, economy (prices, rewards, odds) and content may change. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we have to shut the Game down, we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days in advance and stop selling gems when we announce it; you can spend the gems you hold during that period.

7. Intellectual property

The Game's software, design and content belong to Sugar Play Studios. Player, club and coach names in the Game have been fictionalised. The Game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real club, player, league or federation.

8. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. This does not affect your rights under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced in the Game; continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence are not affected.
